Do I need to have established systems in place before working with you?

No. Many clients come to us because their systems are outdated, inconsistent, or non-existent.

Whether you’re refining existing operations or building from the ground up, we meet you where you are.

How do I know which service is right for me?

What happens during the discovery call?

We spend time understanding your current challenges, priorities, and long-term vision.

You’ll get clarity on what support looks like, what the next steps would be, and whether we’re the right operational partner for your needs.

How long do engagements typically last?

  • Fragment Ops Management is a monthly retainer with a 3-month minimum commitment. 

  • Fragment Builds and Special Projects range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on scope.​

Do you offer one-time or short-term support?

Yes. Our Fragment Build or Fragment Events & Special Projects offerings are ideal for founders who need clarity or execution support without committing to a long-term retainer.

Do you offer in-person services?

Most work is virtual, but in-person support may be available for events and special projects depending on location and scope.
This can be discussed during scoping.
